1 large lemon (cut into strips)

The preparation of the drink are drinking a glass on an empty stomach the number of waking up and drinking a cup half an hour before lunch and before dinner cup half an hour.

Lunch: a piece of meat boiled - green salad - durian.
Dinner: lettuce - tomatoes - a banana - Islands (no bread).
(5) Wednesday:
Breakfast: Whole Wheat Bread - piece of cheese.
Lunch: green salad - boiled potatoes.
Dinner: vegetable soup - APPLE.
(6) Thursday:
Breakfast: a glass of milk - whole wheat bread - honey bees.
Lunch: Cauliflower with butter - cheese - fresh fruit.
Dinner: lettuce - boiled cabbage - tomato - grapes.
(7) Friday:
Breakfast: boiled egg - bread toast.
Lunch: green salad - light tuna - a banana.

Dinner: cheese - fresh fruit.
